★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facial expression of the clerk at the counter was impatient. I asked not to put the cap on our juice cup in order to reduce the usage of plastic, but she just ignored my request and didn’t pass the information to her colleagues.

But staff wasnt friendly and impatient when we tried to ask for NO STRAW and CAP - reducing plastic usage, they finnaly put it in and when i repeated i have mentioned that when ordered, she took it out and threw it in the basket bin, in front of me. same watse and such a clerk.
2nd times, ordered from #Ubereat with notes, NO STRAW, the order still come with a straw, my English wasnt good or they’re both didnt even listening and reading?
Plus, the staffs are too busy to hear you out, they kept talking, not even a second to hear it out! The order line had noone after us ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Higher prices, but understandable as it's from the U.S. When it first opened, it was apparent the staff were following recipes taped onto the walls. Long lines, too. Unfortunately, when I asked a staff member "how to squeeze the day" (his shirt said "Ask me how to squeeze the day"), he was really confused and asked a coworker what I was talking about. I tried to give feedback on the Taiwan Jamba Juice website, but there wasn't a place. But that's just me. Good place to stop by for a refreshing, fruity, healthy drink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible and lame attempt trying to make customers pay for a large size. Think I am just hating? Order one without specifying the cup size and listen carefully on how he or she responds , "Sure, let me order you a large size".
I guess this works if a guy is on a date and doesn't want to look cheap. But do you really have to go THIS FAR to drive sales? Quite sad.
採用非常低級的銷售策略. 你點任何飲料, 不講大小. 他一定這樣回覆 "那我幫你做大的". 不管哪一天去, 任何點餐的人都用這套制式的說法.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small shop with a good choice of smoothies, a little pricey but the one I tried was excellent, perfect texture, temperature and taste. You can add extra ingredients such as chia seeds or protein powder. Limited seating but most people seem to order take out anyway. Service is friendly and super quick.
