除了日本母公司，國外單位的管理根本是敷衍了事，電話中的服務也是糟糕的可以，明明已經用免費里程兌換成人機票了，兒童票居然逼你一定要用電話購買，因為這樣每一張就能收USD 50的收續費，問電話中的服務人員"可是為什麼在中國改的話只要半價RMB 150"，居然回答我"沒有為什麼，就是這樣"，一個航空公司的管理可以低劣至此，難怪永遠輸給ANA。
