Nice to buy & window shop

Very small grocery. It's almost like 711 only. Very minimal fresh seafood.

It's OK, was hoping to find more selections from America, but I guess it caters more to European expats.

Has a good selection of International Foods and some good prices on wine. Also has a small fruit and vegetable section.

A great market with various of interesting things to be discovered, the price tag of normal merchandise isn't cheap, but I highly recommend meat area, the price of meat or steak here is rather reasonable, and best of all, the meat or steak can be done by staff at the bar without charge, you can enjoy it after purchasing!

Jasons is one of the best supermarket chains in Taiwan. This one is located in the basement of a mall. It's not a very big store, but it still offers a wide range of products.

I've mentioned my experiences of Jasons Marketplace (Da-an) before, and while I was impressed with the range and quality of the produce you can buy there - especially the western products - the Taipei store left me frustrated by the quality of their customer service. Well I'm glad to say that this negative point seems to be totally missing on this particular branch of Jasons; the staff were polite, helpful and didn't seem to be miserable all the time, compared to the aforementioned store in Da-an! This particular branch is located on the 2nd floor basement of a shopping mall and is probably a little smaller than some of the other branches, but they still stock some great stuff. As I'm English, I'm always on the lookout for some home comforts, and Jasons seem to have a deal with Waitrose, so you can buy quite a few of the Waitrose basics here, from Jams, teas, oils and all sorts of biscuits and sauces, so definitely recommended for other 'countrymen' on the hunt for these things.
