★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外帶紅酒燉牛肉、板腱牛、櫻桃鴨胸和鮭魚回家分食,每一道主餐都非常美味,特別推薦紅酒牛肉和板腱牛,然後其他的配菜、主食也都表現的非常優秀。
對我來說這邊的口味其實不算健康餐,因為像是紅酒燉牛肉這道,其實底部滿油的,可以看得到浮著一層油,而且調味算重,像是其中的紅蘿蔔吃起來偏鹹重口味,但是吃起來就是很下飯,牛肉入味且算好入口,以這種非少油少鹽的調味,我覺得吃起來更像外面的義式西餐,其實很好吃,但我覺得可以再料理的清爽一點這道真的滿適合選擇紅藜飯這個主食,醬汁很配飯。
配菜的表現我覺得都很棒,花椰菜很清爽,應該只有燙過而已吧;嫩蛋很嫩,一入口就化開我很喜歡;南瓜泥沙拉球很讚,感覺就很罪惡耶,那麼綿密濕潤,很好吃,喜歡南瓜的香甜,而且裡面還吃得到一些有口感的食材,像是蛋白碎、小黃瓜和紅蘿蔔的樣子,吃起來口感非常豐富;甜椒、杏鮑菇這兩樣都鮮甜好吃,是油潤型;有一道海帶絲,感覺非常跳TONE,雖然讓人感覺廉價,但味道不錯,覺得像是有黃金泡菜的調味,吃起來也是有點油油的,很香,喜歡黃金泡菜的會喜歡;蛋豆腐很嫩,清清爽爽,表面有點口感,裡頭細嫩化口,基本上配菜算是很討喜。
因為我們是一個主食一個主食的分食,所以板腱牛我們在吃之前就想說用小烤箱烤過一下,本來肉片的中心是帶紅色的,烤過之後就比較熟一點,但是不影響口感,吃起來還是很嫩,吃得出牛肉香氣和它帶汁的口感。
櫻桃鴨胸的優點跟板腱牛差不多,可惜的是鴨胸的皮口感不好,太Q了,久嚼不爛無法吞嚥的那種,但是咀嚼時鴨皮釋放出的油脂和香氣真的迷人。
鮭魚水準不錯,不會乾柴,有些部位的肉質很嫩,油脂豐厚,喜歡吃鮭魚的可以點。
另外一個主食是歐式雜糧葡萄乾麵包,因為我們吃之前有再烤過,所以口感非常酥脆,像餅乾,吃起來爽口又有雜糧香氣,很好吃。
整體而言,雖然餐點價位不算便宜,但是我覺得主餐的料理手法和調味都很討喜,有像在吃陶板屋之類的西餐的錯覺,食材夠新鮮,入口的口感也都很棒,而且配菜算是滿多樣化的,以及主食有飯和麵包的多元選擇,吃過覺得很讓人滿意,很推薦嘗試。
