之前就一直很期待上趙老師的課,很開心老師能南下開課,在身體打擊和非洲鼓的2天課程下來受益滿滿,上課也幾乎沒有時間讓你的腦袋有發呆的空閒,趙老師用口訣的方式引導我們節拍的拍打,由簡入變化,這對初學者來說是很好的教學,而且學起來也不會有很大的挫折感,上課的氛圍也很開心,不會感到很緊張,(尤其打錯拍子時??)主要是讓我學到了很道地的非洲鼓打擊,(雖然腦袋需要整理一下??)!這樣的教學很適合運用在社區的長者,很棒的課程?

非常謝謝趙老師和林老師的教學與指導,以及將音樂輔療課程系統化並出版成書,讓有興趣服務長者的人有個寶典可以學習和應用。當初是去看了趙老師的跨界飛舞表演,對身體打擊和非洲鼓產生好奇及興趣,想著如果能應用在我服務對象上那就更好了,因此報名這次課程。 兩位老師準備的課程內容非常精彩、實用和豐富,真的收穫滿滿,我覺得最印象深刻的是老師們將一首歌曲變化出這麼多的可能性,以後不用擔心一首歌好像只能帶一次,還有節奏動物園以身體動作與動物連結,很快可以投入在課程中,泡澡之歌、音階手號、身體打擊、樂器合奏等等都非常實用,因此上週立馬帶我的失智據點長者歡喜之歌和草螟仔弄雞公身體打擊,長輩們玩得很開心,我也覺得相當有成就感。另外,老師們在帶領團體時的笑容和親切感,都是從老師們身上學習到非常重要的事情,謝謝兩位老師!!

今天跟兒子參加趙偉竣老師的魔法非洲鼓手研習高雄場,上一次上趙老師的課是烏克麗麗的研習,而這一次則是我第一次跟兒子一起參加專業的非洲鼓研習。 趙老師非常的專業,課堂上不論是青少年的學員或是樂齡的哥哥姐姐都照顧到,教學內容多元,配合不同的能力和程度,當然專業的教學步驟和手法不可或缺,讓我獲益良多。 更感動的是有小林老師在旁細心輔導大家修正打鼓的手法和幫大家留下美麗的回憶,謝謝兩位老師的專業課程和安排。 期待下一次的上課。

??【20220306第一天】 首先,非常謝謝二位老師課程編排的用心,還有新穎實用的內容 ,猶如練功的過程被打通任督二脈,也打開新視野! 感謝月華同學分享這課程資訊,得知音樂輔療的課程完全不加思索的報名,出於好奇,也希望可以靈活運用設計在樂齡課程上。愛聽音樂的我,在課堂上聽到節奏強的樂曲,內心止不住的雀躍和澎湃。一開始趙老師以有趣的動作連結對應蝸牛、烏龜、象、兔、豹等這小型動物園,開始了我的想像之旅,努力學著每個動物手勢的拍子節奏,也喚起了內在的童心,快樂的融入課程,然後開始想著可以如何帶我那群可愛的長者……。接著以身體部位當音階、音符融入歡喜之歌,這樣的設計不管是在認知還是記憶,或肢體反應都是太有意義的訓練,重要的是寓教於樂,大家玩、唱的開心,除了聽覺的刺激 、肢體的鍛鍊不只訓練也活化了大腦,真的一舉數得!還有林老師的音樂律動以耳熟能詳的生日歌,及【草螟仔弄雞公】讓大家重回兒時歡樂時光,非常同意老師說的老人家其實是喜歡聽生日歌的,有時他們嘴巴唸著免啦~其實是害羞,怕造成他人的困擾麻煩。非洲鼓也是我期待的單元 ,咚咚咚的聲響此起彼落的,尤其當大家二部合奏時,空氣中充滿熱帶氣味,不得不佩服老師帶課的感情渲染力,不只非洲鼓,還有彈奏烏克麗麗唱出非洲的再見歌時,真的佩服趙老師的博學 。在此分享一下聽到【泡湯之歌】時的心情:當上課前老師要我們先看過記事本幾首音樂影片時,那時一直在想這首歌好熟啊!到底在哪兒聽過?結果上課當天,音樂一出時,腦中竟馬上浮現的是兒時跟著大人看的日本諧星志村健在節目中的歌(我很認真的查過:YT上真的找得到--【志村大爆笑 片尾曲】呵呵……暴露了自己的年紀)??。 還有林老師的音階手號歌在教學運用上一樣可以多元搭配,靈活運用,真的很讚哪! 一直以來聽到音樂身體很容易跟著打拍子,但這堂課則是喚起全身細胞的律動,我強烈感受著也享受著。謝謝二位老師用心的帶領,感恩❤❤❤❤❤❤ ??【20220320第二天】 即使到今天內心還是滿滿的感動❤❤❤❤❤❤ 為了順利銜接上第二天的課程,加上以為要考試,前一天很努力的複習練習,過程中卻是開心大過緊張,直到睡覺時歡喜之歌、泡湯之歌、草螟仔弄雞公……音樂聲響不斷在腦海中迴盪著。隔天上課時內心那個開心的孩子又跑出來,跟著二位老師一起唱唱跳跳。透過老師帶領複習第一天的內容更清楚自己練習的盲點與疏漏,感謝趙老師耐性傾聽了解我在家練習時發生的問題,並且實際的帶我一起找出答案。 小林老師清亮的嗓音唱起【玫瑰玫瑰我愛你】又設計送花的驚喜喬段,現場都嗨起來了,這就是老師那本寶典中課程設計方法裡提的一個重點:保持快樂心情學習為主要重點。的確,二天課程我不斷的在快樂中學習著?。還有,趙老師的棒體操用世界名片【桂河大橋】中著名的口哨聲旋律來配樂,整個精氣神都振奮起來❤❤??。二位老師設計的動作都有其學理,簡單好操作,更重要的是實踐寓教於樂的原則。老師運用自己音樂專業搭配設計適合長者的動作,致力於促進健康預防失智,處處可見老師對長者的愛與關心,非常值得我學習跟效仿。

這兩天讓我們收穫滿滿:) 老師的經驗豐富及幽默風趣和親切的笑容,加上善用平常問候的語言等特殊教導之下,讓我們學起來容易上手,我也現學現賣,用一首魚兒水中游來教幼兒園小朋友來做身體打擊。 第一次教導幼兒園小朋友,剛好用歡迎歌慢慢的來引導,用拍手、拍胸、拍腿、踏腳來讓他們認識用身體打擊也能跟歌曲融為一體。 現在我想先把這四種動作練熟後再來教長輩們,對長輩來說這也是認知+肌力和延緩失能等多項任務。 多謝老師的指導。
