人行道不准人家走路遛狗是要遛狗人去走馬路嗎？學校應該是教育大家，學習正確維持環境清潔的態度，而不是限制他人自由，禁止在人行道遛狗吧。
學校不宣導大家整理環境清潔，好好清理狗狗排泄物 的正確態度，然後限制民眾遛狗？如此教導學生自私觀念？真令人無法苟同啊！
