First off, the decor is nice--an industrial chic vibe with an open layout. The service is not particularly friendly or welcoming, which is fine. The nitro cold brew on my second visit was awesome--creamy, cool, rich, and not with too much ice. However, the cold brew today was really bad--my stomach hurt after drinking it. The baristas were having a problem with the nitro and struggled to fix it. They also put too much ice in the glass. Lastly, they didn't fill up the glass nearly enough (see photo). Some friendly advice--if you are having a problem with one of your products, kindly recommend an alternative produce to the guest. I noticed another woman who had ordered the cold brew right before me didn't even drink hers. She left it on the table.

Cubano sandwich was quite delicious. Decor is very industrial but touches of chic lighting and seating. Plenty of seating and tables on two floors. Music is very soothing and fits the overall vibe. Come enjoy the coffee, atmosphere, and relax.
