★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 拿1克拉天然鑽石去估，竟然說因為有未來鑽（意思是天然鑽會愈來愈不值錢），所以最多只能估2-3萬,當鋪都還估5萬，還要保管鑑定約須7天，然後視他們公司的庫存狀況再決定收不收，網頁上是這樣說的嗎？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務態度爛斃了，長髮身材豐腴那位小姐，一出來服務臉就很臭，旁邊那位短髮的服務就好多了，素質差很多。我拿了一個戒指去估回收價，我只是不想寫太多個資怕被騷擾，還態度不好的硬要我填完整，說怕客人沒滿20，你是不會要求看身分證嗎？這麼簡單的小事情，你就禮貌的跟我說明填表目的就好，你那種不耐煩又很兇的態度讓我很害怕你知道嗎？ 請老闆教教員工好嗎？多虧這位女士的爛態度，讓我不想讓她收，我在拿去別家問，價錢竟然比你們多了快5倍，幸好沒被你們低價收。
