老的不只是東西 #吉家槓子頭 #中正 為了買飯糰與蛋餅(好時光傳統美食)總會走到南昌街這,經過這家店很多回,但真沒注意到它的存在──眼力真差──只會想起就在隔壁二樓的夏慕尼新香榭鐵板燒-南昌店有著很可怕的用餐經驗(只能說還好是吃球友免費的餐券),此後再也不去這家連鎖旗下的任何一家,因為都很糟糕。真心覺得傻屄才會覺得王品的東西能吃!哈哈哈哈哈~ 我都騎過頭了,突然發現那三個字眼「槓子頭」,又繞回頭來買。 心想這種老東西還有人願意做,真不簡單。畢竟這東西都快要跟恐龍一樣在台北滅絕了?雖然以前會偶而吃個幾個,但總在吃個牛、羊肉湯之前又不會想到,因此吃的機會愈來愈低了。 一對老夫妻在操持著,不太言語,臉色表情也是非常淡定,應該說是木然,甚至是嚴肅的程度。沒想到賣老東西,還能一直維持著某種外省人的個性與表情。對我來說,想到就是鸚鵡螺這種活化石了,還能見到小時候麵食館才有的態度與表情,其實還蠻有趣的。 槓子頭的勁道算是可以,饅頭我就覺得還不夠地道了,離那種水平還有段距離。 更多完整的食記,請在Facebook上搜尋:南河雜俎(ㄗㄨˇ)

要不是老父親愛吃,早就不想買了。價格從20-30元,漲價沒關係,品質不斷下降。早晨大約十點多去買,一吃馬上就發現,根本是昨天沒賣完的東西。一個下雨天,早上就買,整個吃起來會這樣乾巴? 如果有隔夜貨 是不是不該賣給客人? 服務態度差就算了,整個產品品質下降成這樣,對得起吉家老爺打下的招牌嗎

吃了很多家的槓子頭,還是這家的好吃,外皮厚實酥脆,內層有嚼勁,和小時後吃到味道極相似,實在令人回味。

很高興過了幾年這間店還在! 當下買,因為疫情關係所以是回到家再回烤,外殼脆硬內部軟又紮實,個人覺得很ok,買回家給爸媽都很喜歡~ $25/顆 很便宜。

新烤的槓子頭外熱又脆內軟有嚼感,很好吃,但放涼或隔夜以後就只能吃麵粉香,口感差很多。之前很容易都可以買到熱騰騰的槓子頭,但前兩次去卻都是冷掉的槓子頭,因為是早上九點多去買,所以懷疑是隔夜的槓子頭。這次去特地跟老闆娘說要熱的槓子頭,老闆娘卻說戴著手套沒辦法判斷,請他隔著槓子頭上蓋的薄布確認一下,老闆娘直接去忙他的事,叫我去買別的東西吃。真是令人傻眼。老闆既然這麼不想做生意,只好跟這家店說再見。
