★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for a quick, takeaway, cheap breakfast. You can get soya milk, egg pancake and sandwiches that are freaky week made. My fav is the one with taro and Mayo.
Lady who runs it is really friendly and will make up special perfects for you. Start service early (always already own when I get there before 7am) and finishes after lunch. You'll often see a queue at mealtimes.

Tho there're always super crowded but you can still get your order really fast.
The most popular choice is steam bun with chicken and egg, which is rare in other spot!
