 A snack bar run by a young couple. It provides simple beef noodles with other light snacks such as dumplings and side dishes to meet the needs of consumers' taste buds. It is also a food and clothing culture that has survived for generations in Taiwan. [People take food as the sky] Passing down the fire from generation to generation is always inseparable from the traction of culture. There are not many options, but it is a convenient way to survive.

Clean, hygienic, and bright. Everyone prefers hot and sour soup dumplings. My colleague said that the beef noodles are also very good. The side dishes must be ordered.

小店乾凈溫馨，老闆夫妻製作餐點很用心實在，在這用餐每樣吃起來都很舒心！
The hot and sour soup has a lot of ingredients, full of flavor, and delicious that you can't drink later!
The stewed vegetables are delicious with spicy oil!
The shop is clean and warm, and the owner and his wife are very careful in making meals. Everything is very comfortable to eat here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 喜歡它的牛肉是在紅燒湯裡一起燉，而不是牛肉、湯分開單獨燉。牛肉切條狀帶筋、軟但還帶Q，味道也夠。紅燒湯是單純的豆瓣紅燒味，夠濃醇。可惜麵條有點偏軟，個人不是那麼愛（下次吃會直接跟老闆說麵要Q一點）。酸菜口味是偏淡的、沒什麼酸味或香味，加了有點沒加的感覺，就是多了點脆的口感。小菜一般，滷的上色，但吃起來沒有滷的味道。
I like that the beef is stewed together in the braised soup, rather than the beef and the soup being stewed separately. The beef is cut into strips with ribs, soft but with Q, and the taste is enough. The braised soup is a simple douban braised flavor, which is thick and mellow. It's a pity that the noodles are a bit soft, and I personally don't like them that much (the next time I eat, I will directly tell the boss to ask for a little more noodles). The taste of sauerkraut is mild, with no sourness or aroma. It feels a little bit less, but it has a bit more crispy texture. The side dishes are average, the brine is colored, but it does not taste like brine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solid beef noodle soup / 牛肉麵 ($150NT) place. The soy sauce-based soup is flavorful and the meat falls apart when you put it in your mouth; definitely better than most beef noodle soup places in Taipei.
The braised items / 滷味 were also good but I didn't see any pricing for this (however I may not have been paying attention). It was $65 NT for 1 braised egg / 滷蛋, 2 pieces of tofu / 豆腐, and 1 piece of pig head meat / 朱頭皮.
One of the better beef noodle soup places in Taipei. Will definitely come back in the future.
