很文青藝術感的店,餐點以花雕為基底,不會喝酒的憤青要謹慎,浸泡過花雕的肉質偏酸,怕酸的也要注意。 期待很久,總算到了鼎鼎有名的好好,以在地食材為特色,也經由廚師的妙手,將在地特色與古早味做一結合,可以享用到外面較少吃的的美食。 茶品為較好的茶葉,風味不同外面一般茶飲,也因珍貴,份量較少。 點心部分建議可以搭配冰品比較解膩,整個搭配起來就會由酸到甜的滋味,若點品是搭配甜品可能過膩也過飽。 總體來說,用餐空間不大,但外面區域很舒適,廁所也在入門的地方,停車方便。

初訪,店外的造景很漂亮 花雕雞真的是太好吃了!燉到骨肉分離,入口即化~滷肉表現也不錯,小菜豆腐的口感非常綿密~全部吃光光!氣泡小米酒也很爽口,雙人各點一個套餐剛剛好,下次有機會再試試看其他單點小菜?

於平日中午到訪,店內座位不多幾乎客滿,很幸運的佔了店內最後兩個位子,建議還是訂個位。 好好吃飯從店外的招牌、清水模、布簾、設計牆面、花草到店內裝潢風格、書籍與藝品的擺設、燈具的選用還有好聽的音樂等,都能讓人在尚未用餐前便喜歡上店家營造的氛圍,至少我是如此。 可能會想,不過又是一間吃裝潢的店嗎?它還真不只如此,選用屏東在地食材做家常菜定食。 在地食材哪有什麼,很多地方都吃得到啊! 確實,但以合菜居多,若人數不多就不太方便,以定食的方式呈現則友善許多。 定食均附野菜、漬物及花生豆腐,當天的野菜是山茼蒿吻仔魚沙拉,一般山茼蒿是在火鍋常見的菜品,還是第一次接觸到生食,山茼蒿淋上蜂蜜麻油,灑上烘烤過的吻仔魚和芝麻及小番茄,微冷覺得山茼蒿的個性太強很難壓下來啊~說不上喜不喜歡,清新、特別是肯定的。 一直都很喜歡客家的花生豆腐,這裡的花生豆腐為闆娘手做,比很多客家庄或沖繩的優秀,淡淡的花生香,剛剛好的口感還不會粉粉的,水準之上的品質。漬物個人會偏好再酸一點的調味。 花雕酒香炸雞,看似價格不低但份量沒在跟你客氣的,厚實的雞腿肉飽嘴,咀嚼之際帶著淡淡花雕酒香,覺得味道不夠重可以搭配一旁的沾醬,不過會覺得沾醬的調味可以再大膽一些。 花雕脆皮杏鮑菇,這款好吃,推薦,外層裹著麵衣的杏鮑菇炸得好的話是會保水的,杏鮑菇應該有用花雕酒醃過,保水之餘帶著酒香,會有種一口咬下噴出香濃花雕酒的錯覺。包括炸雞要稱讚一下店家的炸功,不太含油又保水。 花雕雞細湯麵,想明確感受花雕風味的話推薦,湯頭還不錯,整體賣相佳,很香、不油,鹹度也剛好,麵不會沒味道或太爛,肉的話應該不是土雞,口感粉粉的,雞皮是軟的(不是被泡軟)。 註:以上為本人感想,每個人的觀感不同,心得僅供參考。

The kiss larvae, sesame seeds and small tomatoes, Wei Leng felt that the personality of chrysanthemum chrysanthemum was too strong to be suppressed~ I can’t say whether I like it or not, it’s fresh, especially for sure. Huadiao Crispy Pleurotus eryngii, this one is delicious and recommended. The pleurotus eryngii covered with a flour coat will retain water if it is fried well. Pleurotus eryngii should be marinated with Huadiao wine, and it will have a fragrant aroma while retaining the water. There will be an illusion of fragrant Huadiao wine spouting with one bite. 連假下午兩點抵達,沒有事先訂位,店員很親切貼心的說,如果願意現場候位,他們可以延長中午營業時間,真的很感謝! 紹興醉雞捲是冷盤,非常爽口,份量很多,小菜都看起來簡單,但吃下去可以感受到食材的新鮮與主廚的巧思,朋友點的滷肉也是入口即化,飲料甘蔗檸檬相對普通,甜點恆春聖代則是蔥蛋捲灑在濃密的香草冰淇淋上,吃完套餐超滿足!

如果以環境跟食物來說整體餐廳氛圍還不錯 有老唱片 書籍 還有小庭院 滿滿的植物空間 說到食物我就真心覺得口味我不能接受 餐廳好像主打花雕雞 因此點了一道腐皮花雕雞 藥膳舒肥雞卷 主要都是以套餐為主 價位都落在300左右 一 1是花雕雞口味對我來說太重 跟以往的吃花雕雞的經驗不太一樣 酒放的過頭了,但也許這就是店家想呈現的口味,整個湯頭吃起來酸酸的 2最雞卷沒什麼味道,感覺就真的只是用酒泡完冰完而已 調味也很不行 味增湯甜的不太自然⋯⋯?喝不完 後面有多點了兩個炸餃子 雨來菇炸餃(雨來菇麻油 白芝麻) 跟金沙餃(鹹蛋黃 馬鈴薯 蔥) 其實吃起來就跟內容物是一樣的沒有特別驚艷的感覺。 整體套餐 我覺得最好吃的是花生豆腐 以在恆春來說比較少見 搭配的糙米飯也做的不錯
