永昌美食坊位在麻豆往佳里的176縣道旁,是一間鐵皮的餐廳,位在南瀛老冰店松玫冰果室的斜對面,外頭雖然放著招牌,但是因為車流量多,所以一個不小心就會錯過,不然可以留意黃色招牌的檳榔攤,就比他顯眼許多。 永昌名字的由來是因為附近有一間大廟---永昌宮,奉祀的是三國名將趙子龍,這是臺灣少數祭拜趙子龍的廟宇,結果他居然到此店一遊,飽餐一頓,還簽名做為店名,可見這家鱔魚麵有其獨到之處。(開玩笑地的) 今天到這裡用餐點鱔魚意麵和炒花枝,鱔魚意麵特色是用細的意麵,拌入勾芡,再加入鱔魚,做成溼炒的鱔魚麵,鱔魚肉是軟嫩的、不是Q彈的,細意麵是順口的,吸食吃會帶有湯汁味,而且湯汁相當多,幾乎就是當湯喝了。整體來說,甜中帶有一些酸度,算是記憶中的味道。(但重口味的會不習慣) 炒花枝真的是該稱讚一下,配菜有高麗菜、洋蔥與蒜頭,簡單幾樣食材,吃起來就比較有層次感,花枝的Q彈勁,融入拌炒醬汁中的甜,酸度更明顯,大大刺激味蕾,吃起來很夠味,所以重口味可以直接點炒鱔魚和炒花枝,會吃得很開心。 昨天中午用餐,餐廳滿滿的客人,外帶的客人也是川流不息,所以要體驗有別於臺南其他名店炒鱔魚,大甜大酸大辣大鹹的料理方式,這家是不錯的選擇。

▎店家 : 永昌美食坊 ▎用餐時間 : 7/18中午 ▎地點 : 縣道176上/近佳里子龍廟 ▎餐點 : 鱔魚意麵(湯)/炒三鮮 說真的,吃了那麼多家鱔魚意麵 就鱔魚(湯)意麵這個品項來說 還真的沒有人打得贏我大永昌 其他家可能會特別分湯、勾芡 但永昌的煮法感覺是把這兩種合在一起 吃得到勾芡的濃稠感,又有湯類的順口 #重點是甜味跟酸味調配得非常適中 像有些店家酸味偏重 除了麵吃起來醋味濃之外 整件店也瀰漫著一股醋酸味 這些問題在永昌 #都不會遇到 總之:永昌的鱔魚意麵 從鱔魚、麵體、湯頭都可以順順的吃完 一滴不剩,口味也不會很重 所以想喝湯、吃鱔魚、又不喜歡重口味 或醋酸的朋友,我覺得永昌是首選!
