★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 散落的珍珠並非浪得虛名，雖然過程會有點辛苦。但到了湖邊這一切的辛勞都被美景蓋過了。有湖有樹還有一大片的草原。值得推薦，但登山口的停車空間真的很小，需有倒車幾百公尺的準備。
The scattered pearls are not worthy of the name, although the process will be a bit hard. But by the lake, all the hard work was overshadowed by the beauty. There are lakes and trees and a large grassland. It is worth recommending, but the parking space at the trail is really small, and you need to prepare for a few hundred meters of reversing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 四季林道入口處(紅柵欄)已不能停車，新的停車處 ( 24°29'17.0"N 121°26'00.1"E) 要往下約2公里處，有設置一個新的紅柵欄 或再往下走( 24°29'24.0"N 121°25'47.7"E) 所以上山和下山約要再加40分鐘~1.5小時(建議付費接駁車從四季部落接到四季林道的紅柵欄)
整體而言是個中上難度的登山行程, 後段的芒草區路徑被芒草遮蓋, 泥濘區積水路滑, 但湖邊有登山團可租已紮營好的帳篷和餐點(需自行先預訂), 是可以不用背負太多裝備, 比較輕鬆登湖～
At the entrance of Four Seasons Forest Road (red fence), parking is no longer possible. The new parking place (24°29'17.0"N 121°26'00.1"E) needs to go down about 2 kilometers, and a new red fence or go further Walking down (24°29'24.0"N 121°25'47.7"E) So it takes about 40 minutes to 1.5 hours to go up and down the mountain (it is recommended to pay the shuttle bus from the Four Seasons Tribe to the Red Barrier of the Four Seasons Forest Road)
Overall, it is a mid-to-high difficulty climbing itinerary. The trail in the Miscanthus area is covered by Miscanthus. The muddy area is slippery, but there are mountaineering groups on the lake to rent camped tents and meals (you need to book first), yes You don’t have to carry too much equipment, so you can go to the lake easily~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice summer getaway. Takes about 4-6 hours to get up there from the parking spot. Extremely overcrowded during the weekends, so if you prefer to enjoy a quiet and serene nature, definitely find time during the week (Friday-Saturday is still doable, but Saturday-Sunday is not such a nice experience). It gets really cold during the night, it was around 8 degrees mid May.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fairly easy hike that doesn't require a permit (you should report at the police station tho).
If you have a car, you have to park quite far from the trail head (1h walk or take local "taxi"), however with a scooter you can pass through all the way up. It's a very steep hill though, so weaker scooters might have a problem.
Amazing star-gazing possibilities, an absolute unite of a tree on the trail, a lot of ugly commercially run tents pitched around the lake.
If you go on a weekend, forget about the serinity and peacefullness of the nature. :/
