★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 永和中正路上的四十年老店，感覺有重新裝潢過 蠻乾淨的，老闆親切 很熱心，牛肉麵口味偏淡，感覺蠻健康的 價格也親民ok 想吃口味比較重的這家可能比較不適合～小菜也很好吃
 The 40-year-old shop on Yonghe Zhongzheng Road seems to have been redecorated and very clean. The owner is kind and enthusiastic. The beef noodle taste is bland, and the price seems to be quite healthy. The side dishes are also delicious

麵體煮的有些過軟了，但牛筋入口非常軟爛，湯的口味是紅燒但並不濃厚，有附油條可以吸附油脂，建議可以再自行加酸菜，唯一青菜是蔥花。
牛肉麵（小）$160
牛肉算是厚切、大塊，可惜湯頭和麵體不夠好吃。
服務人員都是老媽媽等級的，服務態度很好很親切的?結帳有附發票
Half-gluten and half-meat noodles (small) $200
The noodles are a bit too soft, but the beef tendon is very soft in the mouth. The soup tastes braised but not thick. There are fried dough sticks that can absorb oil. It is recommended to add sauerkraut by yourself. The only green vegetable is chopped green onion.
Beef Noodles (Small) $160
The beef is thickly sliced and chunky, but the soup and noodles are not delicious enough.
The service staff are all of the old mother level, the service attitude is very good and very kind ? there is an invoice attached to the checkout
