從以前到現在真的是吃了很多次,當天牛肉麵湯底也的確是鹹了很多,滷菜的味道也不一樣。 我會上來留評論,不是覺的店家做的食物特別好吃讓我有所感動,就是真的有很不好的體驗。 一家吃了將近10年的店,讓我覺得味道差了很多,本來滿心期待到落空,或許是這樣的反差讓我感覺真得很差。 我也是做吃的,稱重、比例當然也有失誤的時候,讓客人吃到當然會覺得不好意思,我自己會想辦法彌補客人的損失,而不是像這樣還調監視、查客人背景,當然我敢評論就會對我說的負責。 當天的感覺就是如此, 湯鹹且濁 肉的質感也差很多 滷菜豆乾口感偏硬 的確1星太沈重,我改 最後你可以去查查當天,是不是有位50多歲婦人外帶,牛肉麵、陽春麵、燙青菜、滷味(豆乾、海帶)

最近又去吃,還是好吃極了! 觀察江南味網站「炸肥腸」的點餐率挺高的,其中也有反映價格的問題,但美味是乎沒什麼爭議,老闆娘也很親切啊! 今天我和家人一起去吃我們點了一份最大條的炸肥腸$280,只能說非常好吃!不算貴。恰巧碰上老闆的吃飯時間,(老闆說:今天我們剛好有滷豬腳),送了一個豬腳讓我嚐嚐他的的手藝,真的是色香味俱全,好吃極了。

麵家的麵很爽彈,有日式拉麵風味,牛肉有嚼勁,我最欣賞炸肥腸,在別的地方吃不到,可以再去。
