★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view indeed is beautiful. However, the road is really narrow. Should you try to go there, I recommend you not to drive directly to the spot. You can park at the space near the main road and take a walk to the spot.

The closest view spot from the city. (At least better than Yangmingshan.)
However, the problem is access for this spot.
You should go up the small and narrow road for this spot which has no lights around it.
Walking is almost impossible for stranger.

Hard to find the entrance of the spot with only map.
