I haven't been there for over 30 years. Taking advantage of the rare opportunity to meet up with friends on Sunday, I specially went to the old place to revisit, and my long-cherished wish was fulfilled. The park is not large, but the terrain is steep. From the top, you can overlook the entire Jiaxian area and the distant scenery of Nanzixian Stream (Qishan Stream) and Tainan, Kaohsiung Jieshan-Liuyi Mountain, which is the biggest selling point of this park.

There are two obvious entrances to Jiaxian Park. One is a long row of stairs that you can climb up after passing the Quanlong Hotel; Fairy Park signboard. If you go up from the back of the Quanlong Hotel, you will face a series of stairs, so it is recommended to be mentally prepared. After climbing to the top floor, you can see the Jiaxianpu Anti-Log Monument. In the early days of Japanese occupation, the Japanese built a shrine here. In the fourth year of the Republic of China, the Japanese government once erected a monument to the martyred police officer, but it was destroyed after the recovery of Taiwan. The current monument was built in 1968. There is a new viewing platform next to the monument. In addition to blowing the wind, you can also see the entire small urban area of ​​Jiaxian, and you can take pictures of the Jiaxian Bridge and the sunset there. On a weekend in early January, although the clouds were a little thick, I was lucky to capture the beautiful sunset.

The small park serves the local people. It is better to park at the water park and walk over. The letter A by the stairs should be well maintained.
