本校創校於民國36年2月,起先是日本人在南靖糖廠所辦之南靖小學,而於光復之初,由水上國民學校接收,而本廠員工子女須遠到水上國民學校就讀,群感不便,因而籌畫自辦小學,一面組織董事會報請之案,交涉收回水上國民學校接收之教具圖書儀器等,成立嘉義市私立台糖小學,於36年9月30日開學上課。

雞腿雞翅 先川燙過
薑 一塊切薄片(愈多愈薄愈香)
大蒜 約8粒拍扁
九層塔 約6株
醬汁材料(B):
香油 米杯2格 (約30cc)
黑麻油 米杯2格 (約30cc)
醬油 米杯3格 (約45cc)
米酒 米杯4格 (約60cc)
冰糖 適量吧
鹽 少許
作法:
1. 將香油倒入鍋中熱鍋,用"小火"煸炒薑片至微焦狀,再倒入麻油
PS. 因為我家老爺說用麻油煸薑片太久會苦,所以我用2格香油取代麻油
2. 加入大蒜(or 再加上辣椒)一起爆香
3. 倒入川燙過後的雞肉,改用"中火"拌炒至上色
4. 倒入其餘的醬汁材料 (醬油,米酒, 糖, 鹽)
PS. 阿基師說※加糖會有亮度及甘醇度。※若能使用冰糖更好,不會過甜。
※糖會產生焦化,使三杯雞肉會有黑亮的色澤。
5.蓋上鍋蓋,用"小火" 悶燒至雞熟透,中途翻炒2-3次
6.等覺得差不多時,改用"大火"收乾醬汁,呈濃稠狀
7.最後,放入九層塔快速炒勻 (約30秒) ,起鍋裝盤

Garlic, about 8 tablets flattened
Nine-story tower about 6 plants
Sauce ingredients (B):
Sesame oil 2 rice cups (about 30cc)
Black sesame oil 2 rice cups (about 30cc)
Soy sauce 3 rice cups (about 45cc)
Rice wine 4 rice cups (about 60cc)
Rock sugar right amount
Salt a little
practice:
1. Pour sesame oil into a hot pot, stir-fry ginger slices with a "small fire" until slightly charred, then pour sesame oil
PS. Because my old man said that ginger flakes would be bitter when sesame oil was used for too long, so I used 2 griddles of sesame oil instead of sesame oil.
2. Add garlic (or plus chili) and saute together
3. Pour the chicken after Sichuan hot, stir-fry with "medium heat" until colored
4. Pour the rest of the sauce ingredients (soy sauce, rice wine, sugar, salt)
PS. Aki said: ※ Sweetening will increase the brightness and glycol level. ※ If you can use rock sugar, it is better, not too sweet.
※※ Sugar will be scorched, so that three cups of chicken will have a black color. A
5. Cover the pot and smother it until the chicken is fully cooked with a "small fire", stir fry 2-3 times in the middle
6. When it feels similar, use "big fire" to collect the sauce, which is thick.

On the quiet campus, I occasionally hear children and joyous voices on campus during holidays. The elephant slide next to the playground is even more of a memory of many people.
