★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 禮拜六看診掛號後還有將近25人要等，現場人多到外面也站滿了人，回家後打電話詢問看診號碼，結果櫃檯只説：我沒辦法知道看到幾號？！什麼叫我看不到燈號不知道看到幾號？！！！！櫃檯很忙可以理解，但這是什麼回答？！難道連看到幾號都不知道嗎？真的很氣！！！！！！醫生很親切很辛苦，一人看診，如果看診人太多是否需要再雇用多一點的人來分擔？而不是回：我沒辦法看到燈號？！！！！！實在是很不解！！！！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 光排隊測量視力就排很久，平日而已，還遇到甚麼電腦故障有問題？連掛個號也要排隊等等等！光量視力，至少排了一個小時多，到底是測量視力的人員有待加強，量視力兩位女人員態度不專業，一副態度很隨便！專業令人質疑！實在不懂？ 疫情期間，診所有辦法一堆人擠在一起，要量視力，結果排很久，沒什麼動靜就算了！測量人員還不夠專業問題？ 診所問題？ 以後絕不可能在來這一間，黑名單！ 爛透！
