幾乎每次都要等,就算現場沒有人也還是要等,8個櫃台只有3個有坐人然後都低頭不跟你眼神交會,不知道是在趕東西還是在裝忙,但是每次去都這樣要說剛好都在趕東西真的很難讓人相信!要浪費很多時間等他們心情好才會受理你的業務,不管怎麼樣現場客人不是應該先處理嗎...就算有東西在趕,整間銀行沒有留人力消耗一下現場客人嗎?
