薪轉跨行提款被扣手續費，電詢A行員卻回要存款達10萬標準才免費，（但明明只要薪轉都免費呀），臨櫃查詢後才知道是當初開戶的B行員沒送薪轉申請，損失了開戶至今5年的薪轉優惠的活存利率，現場問C行員卻說利率沒差，（官網上明明都條列利率不同了），要來此開戶的人請多留意踩雷。
