★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 和其他間銀行相比，行員不是很專業，問到帳戶會不會因為被合併有變動，什麼時候變動都推給富邦，難怪被合併。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 動作非常的慢，也不是每個櫃檯都會叫號，而且還有沒抽就能直接辦理業務的，很扯，連一顆星都不想給，每次來有人沒人都必須40分鐘起跳
The action is very slow, not every counter will call the number, and there are some people who can directly handle the business without drawing. It's ridiculous, and they don't even want to give a star. Every time someone comes, they have to take off for 40 minutes.
