The service staff is very unprofessional. The clearly stipulated that things that are okay are to say no, don’t handle it, don’t ask colleagues if they don’t understand, and they’re super slow and have time to chat with colleagues and hang the waiting guests beside them. Not one or two people were waiting but they waited for a long time. I thought that Risheng app was doing a good job and could consider opening an account. I didn’t expect that the first time I went to the counter, the attitude of service would be very popular.
