2) 事多：隔音不很好, 而且你自己不怕吵還不行, 沒事所謂的"鄰居"就投訴, 搞得跟住傭人房一樣, 躡手躡腳、偷偷摸摸
3) 網路慢：網路很差, 有多慢呢？連租屋附的MOD都看不了, 電視一開就 lag...只能用自己的手機網路
