★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從留龍頭起登到三角點約三個小時半，步道走起來蠻舒適的不會太累，沿途有樹蔭很涼爽，可以欣賞風景還可看到台灣特有種藍腹鷴，下山可繞到忘憂森林逛逛。
It takes about three and a half hours to ascend to the Triangle Point from leaving the dragon head. The trail is comfortable and not too tiring. There are trees along the way and it is cool. You can enjoy the scenery and see the unique species of Taiwan blue bellied pheasant. You can go down the mountain. Wander around Wangyou Forest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 流籠頭入山，陡升坡至產業道，隨即緩升坡，順登嶺頭山，還形步道轉進忘憂森林，步道狀況佳，健行人潮多。
The bridle enters the mountain, climbs steeply to the industrial road, then slowly ascends the slope, climbs the Lingtou Mountain, and turns into the Wangyou Forest. The trail is in good condition and there are many pedestrians.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從流籠頭起登至三角點，再從忘憂森林出，走公路，回流籠頭O形路線，大概六個小時的時間。很好的森林浴路線，路線上的藍腹鷴很多隻，而且異常的親近人、不怕人，真有趣。
From the bridle to the Triangle Point, then out of the Wangyou Forest, take the highway, and return to the O-shaped route of the bridle, which takes about six hours. It's a very good forest bathing route. There are many blue-bellied pheasants on the route, and they are very close to people and not afraid of people. It's really interesting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從留龍頭起登，一開始陡上一小段，接著看到一大片茶田很美，繼續往上往裡面走，平緩偶有上坡，很涼爽但是濕滑，孟宗竹，冷杉樹，巨大的樹木很多，蕈類植物很豐富，很值得一遊。路徑清楚但是有有些叉路標示不明，建議行前要先做好功課，或是離線地圖一定要攜帶會比較安全。
Climbing from Liulongtou, it is steep at first, and then I see a large tea field that is very beautiful, continue to go up and go inside, gentle and occasionally uphill, very cool but slippery, Mengzong bamboo, fir trees, huge trees Lots, mushrooms are plentiful and well worth a visit. The path is clear, but some crossroads are not clearly marked. It is recommended to do your homework before you go, or it is safer to carry an offline map.
