It seems to be a flood discharge pool used as a park, with barrier-free facilities and toilets, near the Jinmian Mountain Trail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 金瑞治水園區，離金面山登山步道很近，規模雖然不大，但感覺的出來園區的用心。園區的解說牌，告知有特地想辦法減少容易招致小黑蚊的藻類，讓來園區參觀的人可以很放心。還有為了防止動物摔下河內爬不起來而死去的情況，而特別設計的斜坡邊牆。這裡還是第一個蜻蜓園區，不過我們是冬天去的非蜻蜓出現的季節，因此都沒有看到蜻蜓，但有看到黃嘴鷺在河裡找尋魚兒覓食。不過有看到一些路人，以麵包餵食池裡的魚，覺得很不恰當，因為這樣會破壞環境，希望大家能共同愛惜環境，給動物們及生態環境空間。
Jinrui Water Control Park is very close to the Jinmian Mountain hiking trail. Although the scale is not large, it feels the intention of coming out of the park. The explanation board of the park tells that you have specially tried to reduce the algae that are easy to attract small black mosquitoes, so that people who come to the park can rest assured. There are also specially designed sloping side walls to prevent animals from falling and dying in Hanoi. This is the first dragonfly park, but we went to winter in the season of non-dragonflies, so we didn't see dragonflies, but we saw yellow-billed herons looking for fish in the river for food. However, I saw some passers-by feeding the fish in the pond with bread. They felt it was inappropriate, because this would damage the environment. I hope everyone can cherish the environment and give space to animals and the ecological environment.
