★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 員工處理態度讓人很不滿意 油漏出說是機器問題不負責清理 整個腳踏墊跟包包都是濃濃油味跟沾滿了油 卻只讓我自己去清理 全部怪罪到機器身上
加油加這麼多次 這種情況還是第一次見
如果幫忙清理 也不會有這麼差的觀感
不但不幫忙還推卸給機器問題
以上不代表所有員工或公司 僅代表遇到的這一位員工
如果有看到請好好思考 當下立刻幫忙擦拭或是道歉誠懇一點 客人的觀感就會好很多
不是說一定要畢恭畢敬 但做錯事了總不能用這種方式解決。
