★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 湯頭鮮甜、牛肉塊入味，真滴讚（老闆好像很注意湯頭，會不斷控制湯鍋火候）！麵條有嚼勁，但個人偏好可以再用粗一點的拉麵會更加分。
The soup is fresh and sweet, and the beef cubes are delicious. I really like it (the boss seems to pay attention to the soup and will keep controlling the heat of the soup pot)! The noodles are al dente, but I prefer thicker ramen noodles.
