積善樓就位於一德洋樓約四百公尺處北屯公園旁，將近有百年歷史了，是賴氏祖先長榮公，從唐山聘請名家設計建造，燕尾式之屋簷使用筒仔瓦及垂簾瓦，建有一層「 #太子樓」，門樓內有五株高齡正榕樹，蜿蜒自如，枝葉繁茂，濃蔭蔽天，跑到此坐於涼亭休息，真的令人舒爽無比啊！?
一個腳印，一個轉角，看見都市中的「 #小確幸」?都市跑旅生活！
