服務人員都不錯,就是剪髮110元,機器不找零,只能找店員兌換。刷卡及悠遊卡支付都只是擺設,無法使用幹嘛裝啊!

黃色頭髮的女性服務生態度極差。 第一,該服務生時常擺著一張臭臉面對客人,讓客人壓力很大。 第二,服務態度惡劣,本人連來三次都是被服務生服務,剪髮動作粗魯,詢問客人剪髮方式若哪裡有誤也不會再度詢問客人而是翻白眼。 我並非理髮專業,很多該方面的術語和表達方式會比較沒辦法清楚的傳達,而該位黃頭髮女性服務生只會用不耐煩的臉色擺給客人看,完全不會替客人著想,讓客人不知道該怎麼辦。 第三是我的個人經驗,某次該服務生圍完布巾後,本人雙手被蓋在布巾下無法取下眼鏡,這位服務生卻用著「你可不可以快一點」的臉色等我把眼鏡拿下來,也不想想客人現在的狀態雙手抬不到臉上,為何不在圍之前就先告知客人拿下拿下眼鏡呢? 要不是住這附近否則根本不會去這間理髮廳剪髮,這幾次經驗讓我願意花更多的錢去別的地方剪。 建議這位服務生重新做一次職訓。
