我知道妳今天一個人很忙,也很願意有耐心等您忙完剪頭髮,只要求簡單就可以了。 我剪得也很簡單沒有要求要剪得多難,上面全不動四周修乾淨就即可。 請問這兩邊是一樣的樣式嗎?就算你在怎麼趕速度要接客人我都沒意見,可是我要求的非常簡單也不需要幫我洗頭,那請問你在亂剪什麼?當我是假人頭隨便亂剪嗎?一看到夾起來的頭髮掉下來了你還要硬剪?請問認真剪好花你約莫五分鐘而已,我跟其他客人不一樣都花不是一樣的台幣就是了? 就算是百元也是覺得夠相信才來消費,剪這種方式跟這種隨便亂剪,我寧可一百元花在別的地方上,根本不是錢的問題就算花貴一點也還沒關係,是因為曾經消費覺得品質也是算滿意。但是今天剪這個根本覺得妳沒尊重妳自己的職業!!!!連一顆星都不想給。

過去七年以來我幾乎每個月都會去給這家剪頭髮,但是今天(2020年6月18日)是感受最差的一次!她們好的理髮師都已經走了,現在這一家已經不值得再去了!今天一進門就說設備壞掉,可以等再剪,而且只能收現金,今天他們只有一位女理髮師,另外一位女性專門在洗頭髮,我一直都剪一樣的頭,結果今天這個女理髮師根本就沒學過就出來在亂剪!比我自己剪還糟糕!跟他們反應還一付「反正就這樣要不然要怎麼樣的態度」,剪完之後由於她們態度實在太差,想跟他們做意見反應,結果她們說由於機器壞掉,沒有號碼牌,自然也沒辦法給理髮師評比,氣到決定直接打電話給他們客服反映!並且寫在這裡讓大家知道,別再來這家了!我再也不會來這一家了!
