★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite place if you're tourist or traveller who likes to see and experience new things well this place is perfect... Staying in Taiwan without visiting this place will not complete your Taiwan travel goal. With its natural hot springs , mountains and forest adventure one day is not enough to enjoy the place. I recommend to bring drinks water cola etc because at this place everything is expensive like bottle water is only cost $100nt ? for real so make sure you bring lots of food and drinks before you decide to stay for a day or weeks here but if you are rich enough then money is not a problem to u anyway ? enjoy and have fun!!! Explore!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place to go especially autumn and winter, suitable for family, friends and couple, you either choose private room or public pool, public pool strictly required swimsuit wear, you can buy eggs and cook there too after you soak in hot spring. Private pool you can mix the hot and cold water manually. If you are going to Bong Bong train for day trip make sure you go early, the train available every half and hour, only available from 730am to 230pm, only local school holiday available till 330pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh this might be me or not. However, make sure to bring a swimming suit and cap or else you might miss out. This public hot spring was a fun experience during the winter. Should check it out if you need to recharge yourself on a long drive through a zig zag route on the mountain. They have a hot and cold spring pool. They also have private hot spring areas if you prefer that instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That is a special hot spring area with alkali water right in the middle of the valley on the territory of Taipingshan National Park. It not only has a wonderful hot spring which makes your skin felt like silk, so smooth! It also has egg-boiling area where you can cook eggs, corn and other stuff right in the spring. We enjoyed this trip a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An overrated place. The public hot spring is basically a giant swimming pool. Be aware! They do not provide towels or slippers! When we visited, a lot kids were there. The locker in the lady's change room used by a friend of ours is broken. She asked for help, but a guy went in to fix it.
