★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020年，此地在舊莊里辦公室、南港社區大學、臺灣大學建築與城鄉研究所及熱心居民的合作下，改造為「舊莊里店仔口社區農園」。來自不同年齡層的在地居民們，藉由學習農耕技術及里山生態知識，來實現舊莊的韌性社區目標。店仔口農園更於2020年台北市田園城市建置成果競賽中榮獲「社會公益獎」。
In 2020, with the cooperation of the Jiuzhuangli Office, Nangang Community University, the Institute of Architecture and Urban-Rural Research of National Taiwan University, and enthusiastic residents, this place will be transformed into the "Juzhuanglidian Zaikou Community Farm". Residents from different age groups have learned farming techniques and ecological knowledge of Lishan to achieve the goal of Jiuzhuang's resilient community. Dianzaikou Farm won the "Social Welfare Award" in the 2020 Taipei Rural Urban Construction Achievement Competition.
