★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天跟幾位朋友來這裡吃平日中午限定的商業套餐,覺得餐點都很精緻、口味也不錯,五分熟的肋眼牛排鮮嫩多汁、香氣十足,炭烤蜂蜜雞腿燉飯的雞腿用蜂蜜芥末醬去調味,也很涮嘴,以後有機會會想再來吃吃看其他的餐點。
I came here today with a few friends to eat the limited business set lunch on weekdays. I think the meals are very delicate and taste good. The medium-rare rib eye steak is tender, juicy and full of aroma. The mustard sauce is seasoned, and it is also very mouth-watering. I will want to come back to eat and see other meals when I have a chance in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 餐廳內部採光很棒,裝潢也還不賴。
不過菜色方面選擇性沒有很多,但份量非常足夠。
麵包跟蔬菜湯的搭配很好吃~尤其是麵包烤得酥脆剛好?
前菜沙拉?份量真的很足,但吃起來蠻一般的並不算特別出色。
羅西尼牛排點的是三分熟。雖然上菜時目測是蠻熟的,不過確實吃起來蠻軟嫩的。
整體來說就是一道經典的羅西尼牛排,不會讓人覺得驚艷。
這邊建議上主餐的時候,可以提供比較好切的刀子。餐桌上提供的刀叉切起來比較沒有那麼方便,這也導致部分餐盤上有一些刀子留下的割痕?
最後甜點的?也是正常發揮,不會讓人覺得很雷。
總得來說雖然份量很多也吃得飽,但口味確實比較普通。吃完留下的印象,口味方面不會特別深刻,頂多算是不好不壞吧!
但單人套餐來評論的話,CP值偏低,但相較之下如果點商業午餐跟多人的套餐或許會是比較實惠得多的選擇?

It is suggested here that when serving the main meal, you can provide a knife that is easier to cut. The knife and fork provided on the table are not so convenient to cut, which also leads to some cut marks left by the knife on some plates ?
The ? of the last dessert is also performed normally and will not make people feel very thunderous.
All in all, although the portion is large and filling, the taste is really ordinary. After eating, the impression left by the taste will not be particularly deep, at best it is not bad or good!
However, if the single-person package is reviewed, the CP value is low, but in comparison, if you order a business lunch and a multi-person package, it may be a much more affordable choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 環境⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐-位於華泰Outlet的一期三樓,入口處還有另一家泰式料理,不注意的話還蠻容易錯過!進入餐廳內座位擺設還算寬敞,加上挑高的設計所以格外讓人感到舒適沒有壓迫感,唯一需要挑剔的大概是空調溫度有點過冷!
菜單設計⭐⭐-雖有分套餐跟單點型式,但設計上感覺不太貼心!套餐內的餐點除了前菜/主食可做多樣化選擇外,其餘的像是麵包/沙拉/湯品/燉飯/義大利麵都是固定的,無法更改,意思是除非剛好都是你愛吃的,不然就是只有單點的份!!!讓人想吃套餐卻吃不到的做法,這種設計手法其實讓人感覺蠻粗糙的!!!
明太子法式麵包⭐⭐⭐-其實吃不太出明太子的口感跟香氣,整體大致上都是奶油的味道居多,且麵包本體烤得過乾,欠缺法棍應有的彈性跟口感,入口只剩類似麵包粉乾枯的口感!倒是旁邊配的沙拉搭配Balsamic紅酒醋醬汁表現得不錯,醬汁微酸微甜的口感剛好可以中和麵包的油膩感,若是醬汁比例可以再多一點的話會更完美!!!
炸魔鬼雞翅⭐⭐⭐-考量到同桌有小朋友的關係,店家貼心的將醬汁跟雞翅分開擺放,雞翅下方搭配了無調味的爆米花,倒是蠻新奇的,不過可能與原本設計擺放不一樣(沒放醬汁),導致爆米花整個無味道,所以爆米花呈現滯銷無人捧場的狀態!醬汁其實就是水牛城辣雞翅的醬汁,不過味道表現尚嫌不足,無論是辣度/酸度/鹹度都沒到位,且醬汁個人覺得濃稠度過稀,不足以巴附在雞翅上面,這點略嫌可惜!!!
薯條塔塔⭐⭐⭐⭐-薯條屬於偏粗的,不過炸的酥脆程度真的令人讚賞,即便是冷掉後也不會回軟,依舊保有口感!配上特調微微酸甜的塔塔醬別有一番風味!
松坂豚凱撒沙拉⭐⭐⭐⭐-表現中規中矩的一道菜,個人覺得沙拉醬跟起司粉份量不夠!!!另外讓人覺得不舒服的是:為什麼沙拉裡面全部都有肉啊???那單純想吃草的客人不就GG,又是一道強迫中獎的例子!!!
義大利麵/燉飯⭐⭐⭐⭐-義大利麵只有細扁麵,沒有傳統的圓麵,難以想像所謂的[義法]居然連義大利麵都沒得選,再度讓人不解!!!麵體本身表現的尚可,不會過軟/保有一定Q彈的程度;燉飯的表現就差強人意,米粒煮得過軟,沒有保有Risotto特有的米芯咬勁,整個品嘗起來就像在吃濃郁的湯泡飯而已;義大利麵跟燉飯的醬汁表現倒是非常出色,嚐得出用高湯熬煮濃濃的海鮮味跟牛肉味,讓義大利麵或燉飯每一口都吃得出麵/飯本體跟高湯充分融合後的美妙滋味;不過鮮奶油的比例若是可以再少一點,可以讓高湯本身的味道更為突出,不會被奶味搶走風采!
美國頂級穀物飼養肋眼牛排⭐⭐⭐-本來是為了這的招牌戰斧牛排而來,不過因為同行的人數不足(只有2個大人+1個老人,外加3隻屁孩),所以退而求其次選了3分熟肋眼牛排!先說這分量真的是有多,24Oz的份量真的不是蓋的,不過一上桌大概只有前3秒被分量驚呼到,後面恢復理智時就發現,這樣的擺盤真的是開我的眼界了!!!也許店家是為了表現出原始的野放粗曠感,所以牛排都是先分切好後直接裝盤上桌,不過分切的手法真的是讓人瞠目結舌,每一塊都超級無敵大,而且就毫無章法的堆疊在一起,這種擺盤方式真的是讓人食欲頓失,在視覺上完全感受不到牛排應有的美味程度,好歹也照牛排原有的形狀擺放或是一片一片像是路邊攤的油雞攤擺好也可以,而且店家切的方式,也讓人搞不清楚哪邊是肋眼蓋/哪邊是肋眼心的部位,真的是浪費了一塊好牛排;牛排的熟度到是掌握的不錯,剛剛好的三分熟,不過靜置熟成的時間不夠久,導致血水流的到處都是,這種程度,自己在家就做的出來了,何必花錢吃這種自己做得出來的東西!!!紅酒牛排醬汁到是加分不少,因為牛排本身並無調味,所以一定要沾鹽巴或是醬汁才有味道,醬汁的表現比起單純沾鹽巴更為出色,可以把牛排本身的甜味更加提升,增加不少的層次感!其餘的像是芥末子跟珍珠洋蔥,就是單純用來解膩用的,對於增加牛排的美味程度並無太大用處!!!肋眼牛排本身的品質是不錯的,單純慢慢咀嚼可以吃出牛肉本身的甜味!
飲品⭐⭐-就像先前所提的,套餐本身可選的選項並不多,包含飲料也是,雖然服務員有說可以加價$50換可樂,當下並沒有想太多,反正小孩要喝就換吧,後來仔細想想,明明都是一樣價位的產品,為何還要消費者多花錢去更換???真的是有被坑的感覺!!!
總結:真的是不知道如何去定位這家餐廳,要美式不美式,說他是牛排屋又覺得不夠格,說他是義式餐廳,餐點選項又少得可憐,法式嘛,大概也只有醬汁跟麵包沾得上邊,到底是啥類型,大概就是網美喜歡的那種吧!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible dining experience starting from tipid salad topped with sweet but tasteless yogurt dressing, seemingly instant soup, and bone-dry bread. However, the 2 main dishes, risotto and sea bass, turned out to be a semipleasant surprise. Crème Brûlée too. Well, ordering anything other than appetisers should work just fine in here.
