The first time I went to a female designer, I said that I would wait half an hour. I said I would go out and get a bag. I changed to a male designer and told me that I was not sure. I would make an appointment later. I was dumbfounded. For half an hour, the male designer kept telling me that if he was not sure, he just said that he couldn't accept it. He was very dissatisfied with the attitude of the male designer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去過兩次都讓菲比整理頭髮，菲比親切、技術也不錯，對話不會讓人有壓力，每項服務有不同方案讓客人選擇，而且報價清楚，只是覺得助理就比較冷酷。
I have asked Phoebe to fix my hair twice. Phoebe is kind and skilled. The dialogue will not make people stressful. Each service has different options for guests to choose from, and the quotation is clear. I just think the assistant is colder.
