★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一進門老闆娘就很熱情的介紹產品和理念，由於沒有用澱粉和砂糖，一開始很好奇口感跟風味會不會變得比較特別，沒想到吃起來真的分不太出差異，兩款生乳酪蛋糕都很好吃，抹茶的吃得出淡淡紅豆香氣，層次很特別不會甜到底，之後有回來台中還會再來
 As soon as I entered the door, the proprietress introduced the products and concepts enthusiastically. Since starch and sugar were not used, I was very curious about whether the taste and flavor would become more special. The cakes are very delicious. The matcha tea has a faint aroma of red bean. The layer is very special and not sweet to the end. I will come back to Taichung in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm glad to find this lovely café in Taichung City. The building is European style and the interior is bright and cozy. I can see the owner has a very good taste in art and has paid a lot attention to detail. Chef Jeremy is friendly and knowledgeable. His beautiful wife Claire is there too. Claire is a professional photographer and I really admire her works.
My family members enjoy the delicious (and healthy) desert and myself find Latte is perfect.
BTW, both Claire and Jeremy speak perfect English. That's very cool.
