很細心.也很有耐心 也很關心客人 不是只有頭髮的部分關心 像是天氣冷也會問客人有沒有穿外套等等的（這點真的很加分）
還會將自己的專業教導客人如何在家自己弄頭髮
非常非常推薦用頭髮找jumi設計師 一定讓人滿意
