一進門櫃台小姐也都很親切地跟大家打招呼，是個很適合您來運動體驗看看的好地方。

不喜歡這種嚴格操練的感覺
大多是強迫你做到動作的極致
我記得瑜悅運動其他的老師會評估學員的程度和狀態，給予調整，幫助學生的姿勢做到標準，皆是鼓勵和認可
上完這堂課真的很挫折，我不是頂標的學生，
也不用這樣嚴格操練，用負面語言對待我
瑜伽課不應該大家是來上課，沒做好動作就要被罵，我又不是來參加什麼集中營。
First experience with teacher Peggy's class
I don't like the feeling of strict training
Most of them force you to do the extremes of the action
I remember that other teachers in Yuyue Sports will evaluate the students’ level and state, make adjustments, and help students’ postures to meet the standards, all of which are encouraged and recognized.
It's really frustrating to finish this class, I'm not a top student,
Don't have to practice so strictly and treat me with negative language
You shouldn't come to a yoga class. If you don't do well, you will be scolded. I didn't come to participate in a concentration camp.
