Nice coworking space, though the bathroom configuration could be better.

Very bad service. The fine print in the contract ties you to them for several months after termination. And of course they keep charging you. Don’t use JustCo. They are not honest.

Have browsed the website and sent the form for asking a Tour. Staff has a quick response and made the arrangement immediately. Staff is friendly and patient to show you around, and I can see q. a lot of people are working in this co-working space during my tour. Location is good and convenient, and I left one star until I am working here soon and will review again.

A place to chill and work at the same time, staff are super nice!

I used Just-Co for a few months while in Taipei at the beginning of 2021. Although the space is very beautiful, it had one glaring problem -- pest control. I was an early riser to overlap with hours in the United States, and I frequently the first one in the office. I would often see small to medium-sized roaches around the sink, trash areas, and water machines. Trash was often left overnight, which didn't help. Roaches were sometimes seen even during the day at the co-working space tables. The common bathrooms outside the Just-Co offices (by the elevator) might also have roaches as well in the mornings. I brought this up to the office staff and the response was very disappointing. Although they would claim to "be working on it", day after day, I continued to see roaches. As near as I can tell, while I was there, they had never brought in a competent pest control expert to address the issue. When I started touring other coworking spaces, I would ask about their pest control procedures, and that was when I began to notice that most other co-working spaces had regular pest control experts come in monthly or bi-monthly. One other coworking space even had a sign that the pest control person was coming in a few days. I eventually terminated my contract. I would advise prospective members of Just-Co to ask specifically about pest control and ensure that any contract you sign has clear terms for what happens if you are unsatisfied with how they're managing the pest control. Other than roaches, the bathroom situation wasn't ideal (bathrooms located outside the area). Otherwise, the space was nice and the phone booths were helpful. They started trying to do a better job picking up trash, but not having a cleaner come late in the day (e.g., 10 pm) made it so that they just blocked off the trash cans after the normal work day stopped. Location wasn't bad -- there were places to eat nearby. UPDATE ----- I've already communicated with Just-Co about this numerous times (see photos). Please check with your staff. If you haven't been notified about it, you might want to also address the communication problems that keep you unaware of issues at your location. If you want to contact me, you have all my details and you can easily do so. Also, here are some of the roach photos that I happened to catch with my camera. The roach on the edge is in the men's bathroom, which is managed by the building (outside of the Just-Co office). The roach in the drawer is where they keep the dirty mugs. That entire area typically has roaches in the morning. Not pictured where the ones on the coworking space desk, honestly because I'm not fast enough with my phone.

Very bad place, I signed up with them when they first opened, the sales person and main contact was very dismissive of some concerns I had, and at one point ignored my emails for a month when I was trying to renew the contract. Recently I have purposely been paying my monthly fee late to see the reaction. My goodness, you need their help or have some feedback and they ignore you, you pay late and they immediately threaten you. Avoid if possible.
