咳嗽滑鼠聲椅子聲都是不可避免的
但是傳得過來也太誇張了吧
希望能改進喔

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 樓又老又破頂樓都是加蓋違建，若有開放營業或是超過2隔間隨報隨拆，逃生樓梯堵死外租做生意收租金公安堪慮，長青營業執照也有問題，也不知道會不會倒閉......
The building is old and broken. The top floor is covered and illegally constructed. If it is open for business or more than 2 compartments, it will be demolished at the same time. I don't know if it will close...
