★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019/10/30 下午兩點半上班的總機阿姨態度非常差勁，請問她該轉接哪個部門，她說她不知道（這不是妳的工作嗎？）因為轉接過去沒人回應，只好再打一次，重新敘述一次我的來意後，阿姨居然不吭聲，接著倒抽一口好長的氣（大概有四秒鐘那麼久），生平第一次碰到態度這麼差的總機，不甘願上班的話，建議乾脆回家不要做了。其他人的態度都很好，也解決了我的疑問，這一顆星就送給那位總機阿姨，不用客氣。
