點了二人套餐,每樣菜的口味都很不錯,尤其是夫妻肺片和炒高麗菜,唯一美中不足的是菜的温度如果能再熱一點就更好了!會再來吃! 對了!服務人員的態度都非常的親切,很值得讚許,胃口、心情都隨著好了起來,不自覺得吃了3碗飯~

開飯-南崁台茂店 食記: 2021/10 午餐 介紹- 先來說說【開飯】這個品牌 最早以前聽別人說:非常的辣。因小弟我本身不能接受太辣的食物~ 因此一直沒有把這家餐廳列為往來名單內。 直到某一天疫情期間,所有餐廳均無法內用,再加上太悶的關係!! 身邊的同事說要點開飯,原本想說要是太辣我就不要吃就好~~ 還記得當時點了大概六菜左右,價格也不算便宜,但餐點送入口中的當下,真難忘。 這味道跟口感還真是讓人過目不忘~ 終於在今天我走進開飯-南崁台茂店 第一次內用的感覺很期待又很興奮。 因為外帶的盒子是使用簡單的牛皮紙造型木盒,其實沒辦法感受每一道菜的擺盤 但現場吃就不一樣了,很讓人驚豔,我打算把他分幾個類別下去寫: 【環境】 整體環境在設計感跟舒適度上極佳,但由於裝潢跟細節的設計關係。 空間運用不太佳,因此捨棄了許多規劃更多座位的空間。 這相對會讓尖峰時段用餐的人數下降,但相信餐廳有在這方面做一定的取捨。 但說實在的,由於比較靠近電梯這邊的座位較邊緣,要是服務生沒有多加留意 很容易在上菜完畢後,就忘記來看看顧客白飯跟水是否足夠了! 【菜色】 內用的擺攤是有用心的,從挑選盤子到整體擺攤均不馬虎。絕對稱得上這個價位~ 另外有許多道招牌菜,口味上均在水準之上,踩雷的機率相對低許多 讓我印象深刻的幾道菜 "流口水雞"利用類似涼麵的麻醬作法,淋在可口鮮嫩的雞肉上。帶一點麻辣的麻醬更是口感提升到新的層次,要形容邊吃邊流口水還真的不為過啊! "豆酥扁鱈"這道菜的重點就是要豆酥夠酥,鱈魚夠嫩(是在講廢話嗎?)。但這就是這道菜的重點,真的該酥的酥,該嫩的嫩。必吃~吃爆! "黃金美人腿"筊白筍拌炒鹹蛋黃,那口感微甜適中的筊白筍配上那微金沙的口感,哇!!確實感覺就是在海邊看著長腿比基尼美女一樣的美味(?)呢 "麻婆燒豆腐"來自四川的麻婆豆腐,要具備<麻>,<辣>兩者感覺融合一體。恩~~開飯做到了!! 這幾道菜的美味程度真的很下飯,讓人一口接著一口的不知不覺多吃了好幾碗飯! 可惜,我還是不小心嘗到了小雷的菜 "鍋巴蝦仁滋滋響"如果單純美觀來看,在上菜的時候,使用鐵盤加熱將蝦仁等其餘配料淋上鐵板後,滋滋作響那肯定是及格了。可惜的就是味道,該份餐餐點的味道極度普通,鍋巴是用爆米香,雖然我上網查了一下知道這道菜大部分人都是這樣做,但在食用上難免有些許失望。(以為會有一點韓式鍋巴的出現) 【服務】 畢竟開飯是隸屬饗賓集團旗下的餐廳,在服務的品質都有相對水準。沒有不好,但也就是沒什麼讓人印象深刻的地方就是了!
