I switched to V60 for brewing and tried to pull out the taste in the front part. The time was controlled within 1 minute and 30 seconds, and the aroma performance was even worse. The acid value in the front part was almost non-existent. ), of course the relative bitterness disappeared. For those who are used to drinking specialty coffee, commercial beans are really unaccustomed to drinking, and if 200 grams sell for $270, you can buy relatively high-quality specialty beans.
