A.麵糊
1. 蛋黃5個+糖30g，用打蛋器打發
2. 將以微波融化的奶油40g+芋泥100g+鹽少許，全部加入攪拌均勻
3. 將過篩好的低粉90g+牛奶25g，分兩次加入，用打蛋器攪拌均勻成流稠麵糊
B.蛋白霜
4. 蛋白5個先稍為打發，加入檸檬汁，再加砂糖分三次加入，打成乾性發泡
5.將蛋白霜取出約1/3量，加入A的麵糊中攪拌均勻
6.將剩餘的蛋白霜全部倒入，一起混和攪拌均勻
7.蛋糕麵糊即完成，應該會是濃稠不太流動的狀態
 [How-to-cake body]
A. Batter
1. 5 egg yolks + 30g sugar, beat with eggbeater
2. Add 40g of cream melted in microwave + 100g of taro puree + a little salt, add all and stir well
3. Add the sieved low powder 90g + milk 25g in two portions and stir with an eggbeater to form a thick batter.
B. Meringue
4. The 5 egg whites are beaten a little, add lemon juice, and then add sugar for three times to form a dry foam.
5. Take out about 1/3 of the meringue, add it to the batter of A and stir well
6. Pour in the remaining meringues and mix together.
7. The cake batter is finished, it should be thick and not flowing.
