★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supposedly we were going to Din Tai Fung but since it's always crowded we want to have an authentic xiao long bao in Taiwan and googled the best one and found this and gave it a try. Definitely worth it! We super love their spicy beef noodles and xiao long bao. The servings were a lot for us but we were able to finish it because it's so delicious! Super loved it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The salesman at the front was convincing and quite friendly - he even came help me pick up my stuff twice when I dropped it as I was paying after the meal!
Food was decent, nothing extraordinary or terrible. Pricey, but I guess it’s not that surprising to be pricey in this touristy area and a semi-fancy setting like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had pretty good food here but I guess for Taipei standards it's pretty average. As a low-carb eater Taiwan had been pretty tough on me, I was hoping to find something that is not noodles or over rice so this was perfect. Their prices are on the higher side but as a nice restaurant it's pretty reasonable.
After eating though, I got bad stomach ache, which usually means there was lots of msg in it... So I have to knock one star for that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price is expensive, the radish cake tastes bad! The dumplings are not hot. It smells like it seems to be stored for a long time.
But the dessert is delicious

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 水煎包 skin is nice but the filling is a bit dry and hard. 小籠包 skin is soft but could be thinner. Price wise is a bit high for the quality. Could be because of the shop is located in touristy area. Could be crowded during weekends as there are many tourists in this area. Overall food and service are ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was prompt. The staff were very courteous and nice. The food were pretty good. I especially liked the fried rice cake. The sitting arrangement isn't as spacious as I would liked it to be. Overall a pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classical shanghainese cuisine. The service is fast. Price is not cheap. The 小籠包 is not bad but the skin is not really on ding tai fungs level. I liked the radish cake. In general it's a good choice for dimsum.
