戶外3號採檢區 戴眼鏡身高頗高粉色衣服的小姐態度不知道差幾點 今天病患有問題當然就是當下問啊 更何況今天問的問題是有關疫情… 不懂欸 是欠你錢是不是 口氣態度到底在差什麼 第一次去這間醫院 就讓人心情不舒服 其他人態度服務就很好? 就你最辛苦就你最大尾是不是..? 這兩顆星 一顆是給醫院環境 另一顆是給其他辛苦的篩檢人員

家母在半個月內入出院二次,目睹了病房內的人間百態,有些病患身邊沒有人照顧,把醫護人員當家奴使喚,態度極為惡劣,護士小姐有的極有耐心,有的忍不住大聲二句也是人之常情,看了真是讓人同情血汗醫護,病患家屬應想辦法解決看護問題,護理師不是只顧某個病患而已,她們大多能體諒病患的難處,但也真的是分身乏術。802的醫護人員是我見過挺優的了,看到那麼多負評,不知道他們是把醫護當什麼,客服人員嗎?

病人已經夠可憐了然後急診的精神科醫生不願意收爸爸在這邊看了快20年的精神病因為他是重度憂鬱症的患者可是那一天急診室的醫生他並沒有很明確的想要處理因為進進出出就同一天的出院然後又住院住到急診那一天我已經有跟精神科的醫生講就是因為爸爸他好像精神精神狀況還不是很好他還是轉給了腦神經內科的蔡醫師我覺得真的這樣子的處理態度沒有辦法接受一個那麼大間的醫院結果推卸責任這樣真的讓家屬真的很無奈! 只能說人命關天沒有人會去理你的感受 後來我們是請醫生寫轉診單他是覺得說我們是自己要出院的所以他不願意寫轉診單! 我們後來自己叫救護車直接轉到凱旋醫院

我在這兩個禮拜疫情最高峰、急診室人潮爆滿的時候,總共來急診室做了3次PCR,等待的五個小時內就算護理師們已經忙到快要昏倒、穿著隔離衣也熱到快要中暑,她們還是用最敬業的工作態度來服務我們。除了在這個評論區這裡留下我內心最真誠的話,希望有一天你們會看到這條留言之外,我也不知道要怎麼樣去感謝你們了,但是我想說一句謝謝您們,臺灣有您們真好!辛苦了!
