櫃檯人員,故意刁難,設定文件,說:一定要代書或客戶本人才能做設定,如果不是,設定文件封面必須蓋銀行的大章。設定文件都是銀行制式的格式,都已經蓋完章了!同樣一份文件,拿到附近的新興地政事務所,就已經完成辦理。公務員的心態,真的很不可取!
