面對民眾的問題也不願意聽完，一直不耐煩，根本不想聽民眾的問題，怎麼幫助民眾？
民眾要申訴時問其姓名，只願意回答自己姓劉，不願意回答全名，還嗆聲說要去投訴請便。
但其他的正式員工主管，很願意回答民眾問題，這部分很感謝。
