It’s a nice place to have night walk after dinner. It always has some exhibition going on, it has pier and some restaurant behind it.

Kaohsiung Exhibition Center is conveniently located, both on foot from nearby hotels, as well as by bus or LRT. It expresses unique contemporary architecture, especially on the outside, so that you can recognize it from afar. The interior is spacious and well acclimated. The acoustic characteristics of the seminar hall are excellent because the speech from the stage is very understandable from any place in the room. The only thing that bothered me was the somewhat limited capacity of the restrooms.

Since whoever manages this Google Maps page would like a more detailed explanation for why I rated the exhibition center with 1 star: You'd think that with all the license plate recognition technology available, the parking system at the exhibition center would be more modern... but no, we're still forced to use tokens that are easily lost or dropped somewhere in your car. Exhibitors aren't given any parking spaces or discounts, and are forced to pay the full parking prices The exhibition hall interior is massive, yet it also completely lacks any designated dining areas for visitors. This results in crowds of visitors sitting on the small benches near the escalators, eating their meals while people walk by and bump into them. The only dining areas are operated by cafes, who insist that only paying customers are allowed to use their seats - perfectly reasonable. Unfortunately there are plenty of tired and angry visitors who try to use these seats, leading to yelling and an unpleasant atmosphere. The bathrooms are subpar in cleanliness, and smell extremely unpleasant. There are only two of them in the main hall, so visitors and exhibitors alike need to exit the exhibition hall in order to use the facilities, and then re-enter. I'm not sure this is the most efficient use of space, as it also results in crowds and long lines at the entrance points. Overall I found the exhibition center to be poorly planned, it seems to try to compensate for design flaws with massive open spaces. My experience here was unpleasant, so I gave this exhibition hall a one star rating - I hope this satisfies your curiosity and/or fulfills minimum requirements for giving a rating on Google Maps.

Kaohsiung exhibition center (KEC) near Shin Kuang harbor, also 85 sky tower and Kaohsiung Library is very pretty and artistic building. Stopped at streetcar KEC station or subway Santo commercial circle station can reach it in walking distances. KEC with a shining reflective mirror front always hold a lot of exhibitions in different kinds issues of industrial development for manufacturers, details, trades. The front side sitting on a huge whale makes it as an symbol of ocean city.

I just went there to attend the PLASCOM recently. The well known company,include CPC,FPG...etc., show how oil and plastic industry change the human society. They works pretty hard to prepare for the exhibition. However, the visitors are not that much. The place is great for huge fair. The program needs more advertising and bringing more benefits to attract more foreign companies to visit.

Came here to attend the Annual Meeting of the Taiwan Society of Chemical Engineers (2022). The exterior of the building is extremely striking. The central concourse is massive and is lined by a couple of stores (several of which were closed at the time I'd visited). There were ample facilities on the third floor exhibition area and could accommodate quite a lot of people. The only downside is that there weren't too many placed where one could sit with their belongings during the sessions. The organizers ought to take this seriously and consider adding more benches and seats at appropriate locations

Very very very convenient.best location in the city. a good landmark and nice views behind the Centre. And very convenient to travel. the conference hall is very big and also available in all sizes. Providing a good security and Clean maintenance.
